We have stayed in this property often over the last 10 years. Found it a happy and “tired”. Booked a “business” room. No amenities at all and room smelt stale. Pillows had a bad smell, duvet covers were grey and carpet had not been vacuumed. Hotel has a high turnover as it is a conference hotel. Breakfast adequate. We stay there as we have family in the area and no other choice in the area. Very disappointing.

Nice hotel but the noise from the highway was unbearable, had to sleep with closed windows, no air condition… Breakfast staff was never around to support, eggs looked and tasted like they are coming from a can and they were terrible. I really expected to have eggs in 4 star hotel not powder. Had to cross the street to get to a restaurant. Great was checking in and out since you can do it digitally it was perfect no staff interaction :) the cleaning crew on the hallway doesn’t know how to say hi, strange feeling. Location to the city is quite ok, if you like to take a 20min train for us it was not an issue, kids love to ride the train.
