Great metro service (which is 16 minutes), from the airport to the hotel, with less than 5 minutes walk from Norreport Metro station to the hotel. The ticket for the metro is approximately 38.00DKK / 4.00GBP Warm welcoming, friendly reception and restaurant staff, nothing was too much trouble, and a genuine willingness to help. Breakfast from 7:00-11:00am, and they prefer that you book a time for breakfast to avoid it being too crowded. If you choose after 8:00am, it can get quite busy with groups and families - I chose 8:00am which was perfect. Excellent buffet breakfast, not to be missed. Happy hour, free drinks at the bar from 16:00-17:00 Only downside was the bedroom was a bit too small, and nowhere to hang clothes. Use of the sister hotel gym - The Palace, which is 10-15 minute walk away, and the hotel staff will call ahead to inform them to expect you.

A perfect location for family to go sightseeing, a food market and metro station literally downstairs helped a lot.
