25hours Hotel Indre By

3rd time staying at the hotel and will stay again. But on this occasion service wasn’t its usual standard. Check in was a poor experience. Was told the specific room wasn’t ready at check in despite leaving bags earlier and making sure the request for a twin room had been acknowledged. When the room was given it still wasn’t set out as a twin room. Mini bar also wasn’t refreshed so had to ask for extra milk / tea etc. Having said that these are minor issues that I haven't had previously. But this was a family trip and it took away some of the experience for them. The hotel is in a great location and is very clean and we will be staying again later in the year.

I originally had a booking elsewhere and changed to 25Hours Indre By, because the other hotel could not accommodate my request to reserve another room. I am so glad, because 25Hours Indre By was a much better choice. First, the location is A . My family and I were able to pretty much walk everywhere we wanted to go during our week in Copenhagen. Despite the convenient and central location, the hotel was quiet. Second, we loved the cool vibe of the common spaces, with a number of comfortable places to lounge, sip a coffee, read a book, or simply rest our weary feet. I especially liked the LP room, where we could relax on the floor loungers and listen to records. The staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and nicely decorated, and the restaurant had pretty good food -- although we only ate on the premises once, so that we could take advantage of the excellent food choices throughout the city. I highly recommend 25Hours Indre By and would return here in a heartbeat on my next visit.

We loved our short stay. Friendly staff, concierge booking 2 dinners at wonderful restaurants, lounging in the record room. Breakfast at Neni’s was fantastic. Design of hotel and room was delightful and comfortable, even typed my children a letter on the typewriters in the lobby - probably the only time in their lives they will get one.

Fantastic stylish hotel with a lot of ambiance. More room categories at the hotel page than at Hotels.com so room not exactly as expected, but still very nice with fantastic views of Rundetårn. Decor with a little bit of a kinky twist - so families with observant children might have a few things to explain 😂 but great for a few laughs and setting the scene for a romantic get away. Very friendly staff and the best breakfast! Location could not be better in Cph!

AMAZING. Every detail, every staff interaction, every nibble to eat, every item was meticulously placed and PEFECT. The amenities on site are great, the bar and restaurant are superb. Location couldn’t get better, Copenhagen is a absolute gem of a city. I have to shout out the front desk and Boilerman staff our especially, as a solo traveler sometimes you don’t get the same level of service as a couple or family. However they made me feel at home, and I literally did not want to leave. I can’t recommend this hotel enough.. i would want to come back to CPH just to stay here even! This is a new place, my only advice would be if you prefer cookie cutter/American style hotels, just go stay there. For anyone with an imagination, soul, and curiosity- this is for you!!
