NH Collection Prague Carlo IV

The hotel was very lovely the staffs were excellent. Big shout out to the guest relation staff (Leyire) who checked us in and arranged my birthday surprise. We did not get to thank her when we left and hope they passed on our message to her as she went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied. All the staffs were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good there was lots of options and an excellent start to the day. We never had lunch in the hotel as we were always out but did have dinner one night and that was nice too. The location was really good and it was a walking distance to all the main attractions. We used the gym and spa, the gym could do with uplifting but it was still usable. The room was very comfortable and we slept very well. This was at first visit to Prague and should we visit again we will definitely use this hotel. We plan to recommend this hotel to all our friends and family who want to visit Prague.
