The reception staff is horrible, very unprofessional. We arrived at the hotel in the evening, being a family with two minor children. Altough the reservation was made 8 months ago, guaranteed with the credit card that was pre-authorized by the hotel, the reception staff did not offer us the reserved rooms until a cash payment was made before, which was extremely suspicious as possible fraud on the part of that employee unsupervised and controlled by no superior with whom it can be discussed. I mention that we were tired after a road trip of several hundred kilometres by car. But nothing mattered to that uncivilized employee.
