We have booked a room for 4 (2 adults +2 children) but get room for 3 people only. We have been told Expedia doesn't know the sofa bed is for one person only. The hotels system showed the reservation has been done for 4 people but they prepared the room for 3. They asked for £25 extra for 4th bed if we like to have it. We refused to pay because we already pay for 4 people. It was only one night so we slept on 1 king size bed and 1 very small sofa bed.
There was a manager at check out in the morning. He tried to explain misunderstanding between Expedia and the hotel. He apologized and promised to sort this problem for the future. We also get a free present as a apology.
