Great place for our family to stay. We recommend upgrading for access to the executive level. It was a perfect spot for us to gather and decompress after our day of touring. The hotel is lovely, the staff friendly and being right next to the Metro was perfect for us to get in and oit of city center easily. Also check out the spa:)

This hotel suffers hugely from a lack of updating. Who has a shower with only a 14" shower door??? The entire bathroom gets wet while you stand in the shower trying to keep warm. The air conditioning in the room doesn't work at all. The bathtub stopper was broken. The breakfast is a zoo, with children running everywhere screaming. Virtually nothing healthy at breakfast, and all the eggs are undercooked to the point of being raw, which is dangerous. This is definitely NOT a hotel for Americans; only Eastern Europeans would tolerate this low standard. It's only positive point is that it is near a Metro stop, but still 25 minutes ride to any site.

It was ok, the massage was actually good . We lodged in the junior executive suits and it wasn’t that clean but it was manageable.

Great hotel. Clean and breakfast was amazing, so much choice. The room we had was a bit tired, leaky tap, mattress could have done with turning as felt as if head was lower than feet and only one pillow per bed. Should have asked for more but I forgot both nights. Room and hotel were really clean and well appointed. There us a safe in the room which was good. Spacious family room meant kids could have space and adults their own space. We had breakfast very early last day and 10 ish the first day, no matter the time there was plenty of food and options. Great kids area with TV and juice cartons and yoghurts.
