Amazing stay and friendly helpful staff. Cleaning staff at least the ones we had spoke only Russian which made it very difficult to communicate with them especially when we had missing towels or soaps overall it is a very pleasant stay, however certain parts of the hotel do need a bit of an upgrade but if I had to go to Paphos again I would rebook the Venus beach hotel. Before I forget Maria from the kids club, she's an angel that just fell out of heaven. My son adored her and we used to enjoy having a chit chat with her she is really sweet and dedicated. Well done

Wonderful resort 4km from the harbor. Staff were all very nice and accommodating. Great, large pool with loads of lounge chairs. Beach is very nice and sandy. The grounds, excellent. I would recommend this resort to anyone, especially families, and couples. Stunning sunsets. Loved the large rooms with sea view balconies. Very comfortable beds!!! Having said that, I have a few pet peeves: 1. Upon entering with car, it’s confusing on how to enter, until the car driver, driving out, informed us to press a black button to enter. I only imagine how many have had the same confused, problem. There is a small black box you almost can’t see ( on the right) to enter, it needs to have properly large signage. 2. Hotel lifts ( I already informed the front staff) most floor numbers have the lobby as 0. However the lobby is on level 2 ( in green). I can’t even count on how many people I came across, that were confused on where to get to lobby! Your lifts are running up and down unnecessarily and therefore you are waisting electricity. Simply change that button, to “Lobby” or place a lobby sign next to the green button. 3. The staff are all wonderful, but I don’t know how to recommend some of them by name. No one is wearing a name tag 4. Upon check in, we were given written instructions. They were on a photo copy, such bad quality and hardly illegibly. You are a 5 star hotel. These copies don’t even belong at a 2star hotel Small issues, that can easily be fixed

Reception. 1. Reception's team are rude, on the defensive and unhelpful, except for the reception's customer rep Milena, she was always welcoming and offered solutions to our grievances when she was on shift since the rest of the time no one helped. The manager only appeared asking for review at the end of the stay, and I couldn't response Room. 1. Since day one problems with the toilet and air conditioning. It took serveral calls and talks with the reception's person to get issues sorted out. 2. Uncomfortable bed and pillows. Breakfast. 1. During our stay at the hotel we only have breakfast, so I can only comment on that. There are not vegan, diary free and gluten free options, so that a person with specific dietary requirements would definitely struggle to find something to eat. 2. Waiters seem to be in a rush to collect dishes, so they kind of rush you up to finish your breakfast. They tried to take plates away from us several times while eating, without even asking. 3. Same menu served during our stay. We stayed 13 days at the hotel and same food was served every single morning. Hotel in general. 1. There isn't a park for children to play. 2. The sauna and indoor swimming pool were closed. 3. The gym opened from 10AM, very inconvenient for a person like my wife who likes working out early in the morning before breakfast. The gym has not air conditioning and there isn't any drinkable water. 4. Entertainment wise, no much going on during the evening.

Just returned from a 5 day family holiday. We had a great time! Hotel was clean, the buffet was always fresh and tasty, with great variety and the staff was always polite and attentive. The Pool Area was not very crowded even though it is peak season and the beach which is adjacent to the hotel is one of the best in Paphos. Overall we had a Great time and we will be surely returning !!!
