A lovely quiet resort with good facilities, although would benefit from some TLC The rooms are a little tired and would benefit from updating Despite this staff were great and the family thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Think it’s a good hotel for families but if you don’t have kids, there are a lot screaming children. Bit overprice for what it is, the floors felt dirty, the sofa and sofa pillows are plastic, not luxury

We found Louis Paphos breeze excellent value for money. The food variety, quality and overall experience was a highlight for us. The staff in the restaurant were very helpful and organised. The entertainment on offer especially for children was frequent although a little repetitive and a bit from the 90's. One reason I booked this hotel was for its gym facilities however the gym on inspection is not a fully stocked or fully operational gym. Most of the cardio machines were broken and the heaviest free weight was 10kg. There was also no bench press bar available. The rooms were cleaned and stocked well. The bar staff were very efficient. The lifeguards were helpful. All areas were tidy. As stated above for the price we paid we feel we got great value for money for a 4 star all inclusive child friendly Holliday and would recommend this to anyone looking for something that meets this criteria.

A wonderful hotel with a welcoming and engaging team of international staff. Excellent food during our one week stay, lots of choice, but not overwhelming - something different everyday. The adults only pool was quiet and peaceful. Our room was large, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The hotel shuttle was useful for trips into Paphos. I would happily stay here again if I return to Cyprus and would recommend it for couples and families.

We had a great experience staying at this hotel. It’s best selling point is the quality of its staff. They are dedicated, polite, attentive, and they do their best to help you. They have a very strong team all across and the kids in particular had a lot of fun with their entertainment program around the pool. The rooms were clean. My only constructive feedback is that the infrastructure around the beaches could use a bit more investment to make it attractive to swim. Also having a bit more diverse options on the buffet would be nice.

the hotel was great. altough it does not have a beach the pool is good. they really made an effort in assisting our celiac child with special gluten free meals and all of the other things needed for us

The food and service were great, especially for our 1 year old little boy-the kids club, pool, buffet and rooms were perfect for him. The only thing the resort lacked was any character. It was very generic and bland, the main food area was a bit like a cafeteria, but the al a carte meze restaurant was FANTASTIC. The only thing that let our trip down was a visit to the spa. The sales guy was very pushy, returning again and again to push us into booking. When we finally did book, the facilities were very basic and the front of house service was appalling. The treatment itself was ok, but when asked to complete a feedback form at the end of the treatment, I was challenged on my score and told to change it!

I loved the pools, and the view of the sea. - The staff were brilliant, they all loved our 11 month old son and were so caring and hospitable. - They had a free shuttle service to the harbour and to the mall. - They had entertainment in the evenings, but we missed out as it was at our son’s bedtime. - The accommodation actually looked like the pictures, beautiful. - Housekeeping provided a bottle of water every day - Separate pool if youdidnt want yo be in the noisy area - small children’s pool, perfect for my 11 month old son, and inflateables provided by the hotel. I didnt like the smell of the drain in the shower. The front door was warped. There was a full lenthe mirror in the bedroom wardrobe, but none in the main area. It was about a 10min walk to the nearest bus stop, but busses were very regular, €1.50 for a single adult journey and space for a buggy or two We didnt do all inclusive, seemed like we were the only ones not to! All in all a totally enjoyable stay. Would stay here again.
