Excellent stay after problem with booking in we had booked a junior suite problem was there was 18 steps to get to the room which my partner couldn't manage with her bad back your website needs to say people with walking problems need to be informed prior to booking

This is not a four star hotel. Perhaps it is a three star apartment hotel, but definitely not a four star hotel. Taking that into consideration I would say that this hotel is way overpriced for its standard and the value you get. I stayed here with my partner for 7 nights, we booked a junior suite with sea view. Beware that the sea view does not look like the photos. We asked the reception the next day about the room, as the sea view was blocked by two houses (see the photo I took) and they said that this is a sea view room. This is false marketing as you get tricked into booking a sea view room based on the photos they are showing. The staff in general was very friendly and helpful, except for a lady working in the spa/fitness area. She was very aggressive in her way of trying to sell massages, when my partner said that she did not want to book a massage she became quite unfriendly. The hotel was clean with housekeeping every day but the main cleaning was every three days. We never got our sheets changed during our stay though. You get compliments on arrival (four coffee capsules, four tea bags) and thats it. Everything costs, even if you want to use the safety box in the room you have to pay for it. This is not something you would expect from a four star hotel. If it were not for the staff I would rate this hotel by the lowest points as they charge way over their standard.

Staff went out of their way in terms of service. Very nice and we want the management to know that. We had half board. Was very disappointed that drinks (non alchoholic) was not included with the meal. We stayed at a similar kind of hotel before in Greece and there you could have a soft drink with your meal. It isn’t worth going all inclusive if you don’t drink alchohol and overall that was very disaapointing, our expecting being that all of our dining was paid for and taken care of. Beds were on the hard side and not the most comfortable. Buffet was decent, nothing extraordinary. Lots and lots of pork, very little chicken or beef. The view from the bar/pool area is STUNNING, both night and day. Overall though, we had a very nice experience and would recommend to friends and family. Free parking for your rental car, which you would probably need if you want to see the many sights near the hotel.
