Amazing !! Loved the junior suite

The hotel exceeded our expectation. Centrally located, walking distance to the places we wanted to see Extremely modern, clean and professional staff The junior suite is fabulous.

The baby cot was amazing compared to the rest of our hotels

My taxi dropped me off at the front door, but after entering, I had to carry heavy bags through a lobby to an elevator to get to reception. Leaving elevator another good distance to desk, then back to elevator to reach my room. I hadn't realized I booked a junior suite, never usually do, and it was way more than I needed. Comfy with sitting room & separate bedroom. However, the bed was so large, not much room to walk about Sitting room couch not comfy on which to watch TV. Many channels, but not the listed CNN, which clerk told me became too costly. I asked about why there were no tissues. They said "it wasn't required." Tacky response. Too much cost cutting. How about just providing normal hotel services? Bathroom huge with 2 sinks. The shower and bathtub were on opposite sides. Bathtub had Jacuzzi I sadly never used. Shower had no safety guard rails, so I had to hold onto glass partition for support. Lots of shampoo and other stuff provided, but no tissues? Hair dryer was stuck on full power. Couldn't change, so they replaced. Why wasn't this noticed? Breakfast with many choices, though only omelets for eggs. Coffee was not great. No toaster for bread. Had plenty to eat. I enjoyed the luxury of the two rooms and bathroom. Ana was my favorite clerk, friendly and helpful. Others provided assistance, too Location very good, at the edge of Old Town. Many restaurants and bars nearby, so you don't notice the long way back from Town Square, which has many tram stops.

Excellent hotel, great for large families.
