Clean property and it was perfect for a family retreat.

We really enjoyed this property and our stay..Staff was fantastic everyone we spoke to was very nice and accommodating, inviting. Rooms were very comfortable and spacious clean, breakfast buffet was great our family really loved our stay..

Facilities are great. Hotel looks new (or newly refurbed) and the amenities are very good. Staff all seemed to do their best, but seemed to not be well trained, or short on numbers. This meant service at the restaurant/ bars were slow. Was very surprised that no lifeguard by a busy family pool. In terms of allocation of room - I asked numerous times and several months ahead of travel for adjoining rooms, only to be told these could not be allocated or guaranteed. This included calling and not having my message returned. When I arrived - we had been given two rooms that were not even next to each other. The above service levels are not commensurate with a 5* hotel.

I can't complain about anything at this place. It's not right in Old Town but you can catch an Uber for ~$10 there. Or take the bus. The bus stop is a few blocks away. The airlines lost my luggage. There's a small shopping mall 2 blocks away. The breakfasts alone for a family of 4 makes it worth it. I'll be sure to book this place again

This hotel is just great. It is perched on a lovely bit of the coast with some fantastic views from the rooms and breakfast area. The breakfast is amazing, do not miss it! A grand buffet with everything you could want with lovely waiting staff who will bring you little extras like fresh orange juice. The staff generally are very polite and courteous. The rooms are very comfortable especially the beds which are amazing. There is some background AC generator noise though which can’t be turned off but you get used to this as white noise. The only drawback is that like most Dubrovnik hotels you will have to travel a bit to get to the old town. There are some amusing ladies selling ferry tickets straight outside of the hotel but the ferry service is not that frequent. The bus also only goes about once an hour and the same for the return service. This means that invariably you will need to catch a taxi at times- this may be economical if there are several of you but it is 150 kuna a trip. Overall that is a small niggle and one you can work around, especially as most good hotels will be located outside the old town. I would return tot this hotel and would recommend to my friends and family.
