It would be rude if I recognized only one name. At the Lancaster it feels like coming home. The atmosphere is a family atmosphere. The staff goes beyond making sure that one is always comfortable. The only thing I didn't like, but it was a person I didn't met and this happened before arriving in Colombia, the person in charge of answering the expedia emails and transportation from the airport to the hotel. The guy doesn't answer the messages and despite the fact that I gave him all my flight information, he never made it to the airport and I had to use a taxi. But the overwhelming attention received by the hotel staff makes that a small incident. I would stay at the Lancaster again the next time I return to Bogota no question ask.

I went with my wife two kids and my mother. In general our time there was very good I should recommend some aspects to improve: Room service time Parking space Breakfast quality. I order ommelettes and I wasn't satisfied.
