It’s god not bad , but I didn’t like the service, none , only the room service guy when I ordered food was very kind , service is horrible for Latin people I think they do better better with Americans or Europeans but no with their people I experimented more than twice horrible service and actitud maybe because I’m Colombian As them , who knows , they need to be trained , sorry hospitality is not a joke , I work in hospitality bussiness in New York for many years so . And the facilities need to be updated it , incredibly the food from the room service was 6 of 5 stars no kidding AMAZING FOOD no joke

We stayed a couple nights recently and we’ve been staying at this hotel throughout the past 20 years when visiting our family in bogota. The exterior of hotel hasn’t changed but is still nice although the front entry and rooftop bar is now closed. The rooms seem to be updated and are spacious, clean and comfortable. The check in was complicated and had to show our passports with entry stamp and receptionist asked us many questions so took us way too long to check in, probably 20-30 minutes. After getting settled in we found out pool and other amenities closed early because of Easter week holidays. And if you wanted to go to pool you have to make a ridiculous reservation, wear a swim cap and are limited on time. Locker rooms and steam room area are due for a remodel. Staff overall was not as friendly as in the past and very uptight with everything. Getting in and out of parking was a pain as well with parking attendant and actually charged us when we had to leave during check in to retrieve our passports from our families apartment near by. The parque 93 is walking distance with lots of food options and seemed fairly safe walk but dark and about 2-3 blocks. Our overall stay was comfortable in the rooms but staff, facilities and check in needs improvement.

Beautiful hotel with world-class standards. Very professional and friendly staff. Perfect for a business trip or a family experience.
