Radisson Hotel Cartagena Ocean Pavillion

My family and I had a great time there. Everything was so clean, the staff was very friendly. The view was beautiful!

Amazing , just phenomenal overall experience . First of all extremely friendly and helping staff . They make you fell home . Everyone, from the valet to the reception, from room service to restaurant , from the bar to any facility, every single person is just amazing and they treat you like family . The hotel is amazing , extremely clean , modern and definitely an overall winner . It is an amazing option to have a getaway to get your mind away from business and stresses of life . That’s how my sister and myself felt . We loved the staff and the hotel so much so that we will be back end of April . We are grateful for the service and close attention we have received during our stay

Staff is definitely not well trained in customer service, I had experienced a safety event while underaged guests where walking "under the influence" around room areas and trying to enter rooms, this incident happened at midnight and they were able to open my room with my kids sleeping. Hotel did absolutely nothing nor even sent security, my complain to front desk did nothing just deactivating my access cards, and unfortunately I missed the call the local police about the event. I do not feel safe in this hotel and my complain went missing, staff contacted me and reviewed videos just justifying the "confused drunk kids". Completely UNACCEPTABLE for Radisson Hotel. Bad staff, additionally they charged me for bills I didn't signed I was the only adult in my room and they gave me multiple people signatures with receipts to my room. They sent final bill by email including the charges i disputed but again my complain went nowhere. Really bad customer service.

There were a lot of activities for adults and children. Tours information were given at hotel. Excellent staff!. Great service. Breakfast was amazing!. Food at restaurant and bar were the best!. :)

I enjoy staying at Radisson Cartagena … staff is super. The food is excellent .. facility clean ..I keep coming back …because of the service and the staff make us feel welcomed and at home.. I just had my son visit colombia for the first time and had a wonderful experience with his family here (Radisson) - Cartagena ….. thank you …
