The hotel was in location, the room was well kept and clean and so was the common areas as well; the staff was excellent. I made also included that the staff in the restaurant and the pool area was very accommodating and pleasant. I would highly recommend this hotel to friends, family. Julio at the front desk was very kind and helpful, Ruth from the restaurant too.

Keep Carlos with company or give him promotion. He made this trip very easy and fun for me. I appreciate his service so much. Definitely will be coming back thanks to Carlos at check in desk. He treated me like family , gave me great recommendations.
