Overall is a fantastic place, the breakfast is included and its a really nice typical for local the region breakfast. The rooms are ample. Parking is included. Pool area is very nice and convenient for families with kids. The hotel location is probably the best you can get in this city with a massive (for south american standards) mall in front if the hotel. Its a very fair bang for your buck. The one thing i dont like is the check in process, but that’s a Colombian issue, its SO slow, in any hotel, many forms many signatures, copies etc, the hotel industry in Colombia needs to take a look at the western world and mirror their check in process.way way faster. But without a doubt I would stay here in this hotel again.

I recently stayed at the Dan Carlton Hotel in Barranquilla for a week with my family, and it was an amazing experience. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by Carlos and Kristen, who ensured that our stay felt welcomed and comfortable. One of the highlights was the breakfast included with our stay. It featured typical Colombian delicacies like arepas, empanadas, eggs, and, of course, the rich and flavorful Colombian coffee. Marcos and Edler were always available during breakfast to serve us coffee and were incredibly kind and attentive. Our last night was extra special as we dined at the 13th floor observatory rotating restaurant, Tony Roma's. The view was stunning, and the food was spectacular. The steak medallions were cooked to perfection, and the cream of mushroom soup was delicious. I highly recommend staying at the Dan Carlton Hotel for its exceptional hospitality, amazing food, and outstanding service. This hotel truly made our trip to Barranquilla memorable.

Great stay, there is a mall directly across the street which was very convenient. Excellent security at the property which made my family and I feel safe during our trip to Barranquilla.

I must say attention to detail and service is second to none… a true five-star hotel I will be staying here with my family again!

Some times a found people playing on the cellullar phone and didn't hear myy greetings Also I asked if I invited my family to enjoy the pool, i 'd pay meals and drinks, they said No. The hotel is full. I never see the hotel full. They lost those profits

Wonderful place, accessible to the mall and so many restaurant restaurants around; employees are friendly,helpful, all the staff ready to help you. I recommended this hotel to my friends and family, they stayed and think is the best hotel. I’m planning to return next year

Dann carlton baq is a nice hotel. We picked it because of the location, the pool, its near our family and the breakfast is excellent. For the front desk, none of the agents checking us in were even courteous. Their demeanor is plain and bordering rude. I asked for extra key and it was an issue. Adding a little kid was also a problem. So we tried avoiding them. On the other hand the pool attendant and the restaurant waiters were very attentive. Andres Vanegas in the pool speaks english and is always paying attention to children in the pool area. Remberto and Leopoldo were helpful at breakfast when it was hectic and full of people. The room was clean but we had an issue where the AC was leaking in the bathroom ceiling. Pieces of plaster concrete were coming off with water. They fixed it by letting water out of the pipe while we weren't in the room. This same thing happened last time we were there.

They treated me like family! A wonderful hotel all around, and mostly because the staff is so friendly and helpful!

Duration Of check-in was very long ( 20 min). I paid for a suite (we are 4), and the sofa cama doesnt feet neither for a kid. It is extremely small (my ankles and feer are out of the sofa). Because of the time, I wilm claim at the front desk tomorrow morning. We got very tired from the airport at midnight and has to wait additional 20 min for the bed sheets for the sofa. The trash can of the bathroom is broken.
