I have stayed there many times in the past.Staff treated me like family when I was there this time?I didn't know anyone it was totally different, felt like a stranger

You can’t have any visitors, friends, and family can I go up to your room. Super strict. Life is not that serious. it was my birthday. I had my family come over to the hotel to enjoy some time together. Had to leave the hotel go somewhere else.

This property is a complete trap. First there is nothing around the area. Second any guest whether its family or friends this ridiculous property charges you in dollars in Colombia at a high outrages rate per night so high its the same price as a whole new room. They are taking advantage of the tourist and a complete rip off and they dont tell you unitl the end of the visit be aware. Third the staff at night is rude and have no room service only a bottle of water! They charge you like a upscale hotel yet they actions is like a Zona 1 hotel!

It was an ok experience, nothing remarkable. The breakfast has a LOT of room to improve, and it is definitely not a place for families. On the positive, good location and big room.
