Very nice hotel. Huge huge huge room. Very good buffet dinner and breakfast with nice view on the 22nd floor. Recommend for business trips or just a family weekend getaway. Would stay here again if come back to Hangzhou.

All good ,only had some trouble with AC.the Ambience of rooms are good.The junior suite though is not very different from deluxe room in size

Mars Guo and Angle are excellent front desks.They give preferential treatment for our family. There is a nice river view in the room.The room is bigger than another hotel. It is very comfortable. The hotel is a elegant hotel.
