W Guangzhou

I am expressing my disappointment with my stay with W hotel. Before checking-in, 3 different guests budge in line and the staff did NOTHING. I don’t understand the point of having staff standing there without asking guests to queue. My family & I arrived at 3.30pm and were told that we have to wait for 1.5 hours just because we requested for a double bed room. We then sat down in the lobby and were asked to move because the table was reserved for afternoon tea. Your staff told us to sit at another table and after 5 mins, another staff told us to move AGAIN. We were really pissed off when we saw the tables that we were told that were RESERVED had been occupied by guests like us who were only chatting. Before even get to relax in your hotel rooms, we would give our stay a 1-star rating already due to the poor arrangement and customer service.
