Marriott Hotel Shunde

Worst experience ever. I booked 3 rooms in this hotel thru Expedia. I have paid fully online and got the confirmation email from Expedia. However, Marriot only found 2 reserved rooms in their system. They spent over an hour to have me checked in and I was forced to sign another bill of RMB 840 for my 3rd room. I requested 2 double beds and they gave me a single bed room for twice! I was going here and there and they finally sent me the right keys at 11:30pm. At the same time a 5 years old kid from my family was locked up in the lobby toilet. The toilet lock was broken and the kid was trapped in the toilet room. Finally they spent an hour+ to break the lock and door to save the kid. What the hell what 5 stars hotel it is. Horrible Service。
