perfect stay after a long trip, getting back into STGO late. appreciated the shuttle and communication with the driver, the quick room service 24/7 to get my kids fed, clean room, great location, close to the airport. Would recommend.

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport. It is not a hotel that would be good for more than a day. It has a large brick fence around it and security to get into the parking lot. My cab driver said it was not in a good area. I felt completely safe, so I would recommend it for one night. Also, it is not near anything of interest. The desk staff was lovely and the room was fine. However, the restaurant staff was not great. I wanted to get a quick burger before I left. It took one hour when I was the only one there in the large restaurant that clearly had plenty of unbusy staff. A family came about 30 mins after me and they were served before me. For the first 20 minutes, I was there all the staff, including the kitchen staff, were just socializing.
