I had bad experience with staff attitude upon arrival. The next day new staff were A1. I contacted the manager a few times before getting a call back. He was very polite, apologized and told me that the staff received extra training in order to fix further issues. The place itself was pretty clean, room was comfortable and tidy. Gym was also clean. My kids enjoyed the pool and my wife loved the spa.

Great staff, nice indoor pool and dry sauna. Clean room, had to change after a night, ac wasn’t working anymore but that was done fast and no problem besides repacking and unpacking which is no biggie. Not our first stay and we will go again next time we visit our family in Saguenay.

My stay was super smooth, from check in to check out - excellent location. Nice view of the bridges and more importantly super clean room and comfy beds, slept like a baby 😎
