I want my money back. Shame on Expedia to mislead me into booking this. Garden facility was not included, but was shown in the pictures and no mention of it. Hotel wanted $200 more for it. We already paid $300 for one night. My family did not enjoy the hotel, main amenities were not accessible to us. Room was nice, bathroom was tiny, breakfast was great, parking terrible. Will never stay there or recommend someone. Very disappointing.

They won’t clean your room, clear garbage, or replenish coffee etc unless you go to the front desk and specifically ask for what you need. Thermal tubs are only for 16 so you can’t bring your children. The day we were trying to leave a crew of sewer people lifted the man hole beside where our car was parked so we couldn’t get out on time and they damaged our car.
