Great spot right beside the Chateu. We had the room with Murphy bed queen and it fit our family of 4 and our little service dog perfect. Would stay here again if visiting QC again.

Loved the location!! The only surprise was the steep front steps but my family has no issues with mobility so it was not a problem. Room with one Queen and a Queen Murphy bed was great. Wonderful stay!

Location is greatt!! Second time staying here and ive recommended to other friends&family in the past. Staff at front desk were great but not sure if there is any other staff to the hotel as front desk was sometimes closed. We left while there was no staff so went back to the room to drop off our cards/parking card and got a phone call to ask where our parking card was, he must of found it along with our empty pizza boxes in the hallway for 2 days. We didnt want it to smell like pizza in our room for 2 days but was surprised it had never been picked up in hallway either.

Had to unexpectedly cancel reservation due to a family emergency and since it was one day beyond return of deposit they were totally unsympathetic and still charged one night stay despite cancellation. Even Expedia tired to help to no avail. I offered a reduced amount for cancellation but they refused. They even asked me to speed up cancellation so they could sell my room again but still take my money.

Location is unbeatable! But there was a lot of construction noise out of our rear-facing room starting at 7am on a Friday. I know the property can’t control everything, but just a heads up for anyone traveling with kids.

We loved our stay. As a family of four we found the space and hotel perfect. It is located in a great location for walking Old Quebec, the lower city too and up the hill. The front staff were very friendly and helpful. We would come back.

If you have little kids, request rooms 003 or 006 in the basement. Three beds and a kitchenette.
