The AC did not work, it was terrible. The management changed the battery and it was no help. We were stuck in a room with no AC and it was terribly hot. When complained to another lady she said if I was here I guarantee I could have fixed it. But did not acknowledge the fact that we had to stay in the room with our child and it was very uncomfortable. This is u fair as we did not get what we paid for and there was no compensation for what happened.

I have stayed with family at quiet a few hotels and honestly this has been one of the best experiences to date. The hotel was clean, which is one of the things I look for. The room, washroom the hallways were spotless. The service at the front desk was amazing. The breakfast was out of this world. The next time I’m in Montreal I will for sure go back here.
