Super 8 by Wyndham St-Jerome

It was dirty ac didn’t work and it was 90 ask for towels didn’t receive when I ask I asked for a different room they didn’t have any and I was with my family meeting in-laws for the first time

Our room smelled like old dirty swamp water most likely coming from a very old carpet on the floor. Breakfast was very limited and could not accommodate any food allergies or intolerance. The water slide was liked by our kids. We would not recommend this property to friends or family or return ourselves in the future.

Close place from downtown and family

The bunk room “suite” was perfect for a family and there was plenty of room for us to put a travel crib in the bunk room too

We stayed at this hotel because that's the only one who accepted dogs. We're very thankful for it. We were disappointed in the free breakfast. There was only a continental breakfast . No eggs, no bacon. Only roasts, cereal and muffins. I eat gluten free. There was nothing I could eat. We liked the layout of the room. We got a queen bed and twin bunk beds. We never see that anywhere and that worked well for our family. The pool , slide and hot tub were a nice bonus that we enjoyed. And finally, we stayed 4 nights and we got no cleaning of the room at all. That was disappointing. If the room would have been super cheap I wouldn't have cared but it was still 220$ a night.

Fun pool for kids!

We stayed in a family suite with bunk beds for 2 nights and our 5yo loved it! The pool was a hit, although I wish we would have known ahead of time that the sprinklers were shut off due to air quality (even indoors?). The water slide was a big hit though! Beds were comfortable enough for a couple nights, although we would have preferred a king bed with the family suite. Breakfasts we're good with enough options to satisfy everyone. We had a good time!

Amazing place to go with children

We arrived 20min early and our room was ready. Polite and friendly staff. The room was pretty clean, but some areas around the property needed some deep cleaning. There's a light chlorine smell from the pool permeating throughout the building, but I'm very sensitive to smells and it wasn't bad or overpowering. It just smells very clean. Pillows were too big but the bed was comfy. The pool and hot tub were the highlight. The splash pad was out of service, but the kids had lots of fun on the slide nonetheless. The complimentary shampoo and conditioner were nice on the hair. The free breakfast had so many options, and was regularly restocked throughout the morning. Various yogurt, granola, hard boiled eggs, apples and oranges, fruit salad, assortment of toast and bagels, assortment of cream cheese, butter, peanut butter, and jams. The area around the hotel is not beautiful but it is practical, with highways and plazas, and many food options. Overall pleasant visit and would recommend.

The property has aged aged and rooms are basic. The pool and water slide is nothing fantastic, but the kids had a lot of fun. Complimentary breakfast is a rack of toast and Bagel. Don’t expect pasteries I was expecting a bit more from my stay, but honestly the hotel was ok for our needs.
