OTL Gouverneur Sherbrooke

This was my second time staying in this hotel. Highly recommended to everyone who love skiing and snowboarding. The location is very convenient for you to go to each mountain. Nice spa for hotel residents to enjoy and relax. A fine dining restaurant for high quality steaks to eat. I did enjoy my family time in the March break.

Great place. Have stayed here often visiting family

When in Sherby, nickname I like to call Sherbrooke, my family and I always stay at OTL. We just love this hotel (ie.warmth of staff; incredible buffet breakfast; super comfortable beds, and the list goes on)! For our stay (Aug. 26-28), the only thing I would say was not to our satisfaction was that the floor did not seem to be heated in the bathroom as it has been for all our other stays. "Ground fault" is the message that was displayed on the thermostat in the bathroom of room 225. So for our next stay, I would ask to be given another room unless this issue was fixed.

I don't usually leave reviews but I felt it would be unfair to the hotel staff if I didn't this time. The staff were great! I went with the kids for 2 nights and there wasn't one tiny detail or one moment that we didn't like. The hotel is amazing, but most importantly the employees/staff are very polite and extremely professional. Breakfast is excellent with a lot of varieties. We tried the BoeFish restaurant on Saturday night and we were also very impressed. Pool is way better than in pictures. Kids enjoyed it a lot along with the jacuzzies. Location isn't bad either if you consider the fact that it is mid-way between Magog, Mont-Orford and Mont-Megantic. So you have a lot of options for outdoor activities.
