Beautiful hotel, and beautiful location. Great bed and shower. We did feel they were a bit understaffed and we had the unfortunate case to be there when a kids hockey team was also lodging so there were loud kids at the pool and common areas.

Great location for hiking enthousiastes! 5 minutes from Orford National Park, on site restaurant options, indoor pool and game room! Very quiet and relaxing romantic get away, will be returning with the family as it’s the perfect location for active families! Rooms were quaint and cozy.

Wonderful and clean, however paper thin walls and toddlers running from room to room meant we had a less than relaxing evening. However, the dining options were excellent and the mountain at your doorstep led to some great hikes.

We booked two rooms for our 6 family members late in the day and arrived around 9:00 PM local time. The Customer Service attendent was fluent in both French and English and was very friendly. One of the two rooms we booked had not been cleaned and they offered to either clean the second room (about an hour wait), provide us with a different room with only one bed or cancel the charge on the second room and provide us with portable beds for the kids. We took the single room which was a very spacious suite with enough room for all of us. In the morning when we checked out, they told us that because of the problem, there would be no charge at all. We look forward to staying there again.
