DJ, at breakfast, made our stay outstanding. He listened to the dietary needs of our family and prepared us something delicious. He was courteous, empathetic and very kind. He made our stay memorable.

Because it was a lovely family wedding it was enjoyed by all. The staff was excellent. I had asked for a "disabled" room, but soon discovered there was no "bar" in the bathroom to assist my rising. I had to phone a member of our family at 4:00 a.m. to come to my rescue. That was not a good time. The view from our window was beautiful - Sleeping Giant when no fog.

The rooms were spacious, high ceilings, nice windows, had good mattresses, modern bathrooms, large tv. The kids really liked it. The continental breakfast was simple but also the best I’ve had in years.

This hotel is so overpriced. The breakfast was average, the rooms were standard. Our issue was that there was a broken AC unit in the room. The front desk was notified and nothing was done about it. They said they would send someone up the next day they didn’t. They knew that the air conditioning had been an issue and still are renting that room out, we asked for compensation and they refused. It wasn’t warm, it was like a sauna. We had no other hotel options as we had to come out for a family emergency last minute and that is the only reason why we stayed here, I can see why it had rooms available. We will never stay there again.

Very bad hotel, the price is high but living in the basement, damp, moldy smell filled the whole house, the floor has many protrusions, we and the children almost fell, not only that, there is no air conditioning, our family did not sleep well, and we could not contact the staff to check. Will never choose this hotel again
