Wasnt enough staff to handle dinner service so had to go off site Found guests got up at crack of dawn to reserve chairs at beach making it difficult for everyone to find a spot. Many of those “reserved” spots were for children who were out on the water Fishing was allowed at the swimming beach and your children fishing without supervision Perhaps monitoring of facilities would be helpful

We thoroughly enjoyed the beach, pool, inclusive breakfast, and watercraft to borrow at the Grand Tapattoo. I would love to stay here again. I was a little put off by the frantic restaurant manager Kirshan and his instance that breakfast was “really busy”, for using us to sit at a small table with our baby in a high chair … even though we asked twice for a larger table and no one used them the entire time we were dining. It was not busy. It made for a stressful meal for myself, my husband and our child. The beach was well kept, the property was quiet. I wish there was a designated smoking area away from the cabins.

This was surprisingly the best place to spend 3 relaxing time with my family. It’s very clean, newly renovated, on the beach and accessible to downtown Perry Sound. The only negative thing was that they were short staffed at the restaurant. We loved the breakfast buffet and had dinner there. Dinner menu is excellent! I strongly recommend the Managment to ensure adequate staffing for the restaurant because some of the waiters were very anxious to serve guests.

Excellent resort to relax with families. Beach and boating are awesome. The food at the forest restaurant was awesome too.

It was an amazing family vacation.

We, a family of four, had a pleasant stay. Although the room appears a bit worn and could use some updates, the resort was generally serene, tranquil, and clean. The well-maintained beach and indoor pool delighted the kids. However, the restaurant dinner didn't live up to our expectations considering the price and waiting time. Our food seemed to have been under the warming lights for a while, resulting in dry entrées. If you're seeking a summer weekend escape with your children, this is a wonderful choice.

Went to the resort for the Thanksgiving long weekend and to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. The kids loved it and we loved the nature around. Gorgeous place for nature related activities

This is a great place for family or just couple to get away. Was a little disappointed that the pool wasn't open and they didn't tell us before booking - but everything else was amazing

The property is beautiful. My kids, 8 and 10, enjoyed the amenities...boats, pool, inflated trampoline in the lake. My kids would go again (I asked them). That's enough for me.

Great stay, very quiet with fun water sports for the whole family. I enjoyed a canoing with my daughter
