Holiday Inn Express, an IHG Hotel

Friendly staff and great breakfast options! Unfortunately i was there during a hockey tournament which meant loud kids running up and down the hallways at all hours of the night.

The room given yo me was by the lobby. I stayed 2 nights and had no ussue the first night. The second night there were kids running and screaming in the hallway until after 9pm, and the lobby was a hangout for the parents. It sounded like a bar until 11pm. I was supposed to leave by 5am and had to change travel plans due to lack of sleep (another night in a hotel). I've travelled for work for 15+ years (between Winnipeg and Sudbury) and this was the first time I've had to change plans due to the hotel. This hotel will probably be my last resort stay in Dryden, as I've stayed at all the other ones over the years and never had an issue. Disappointing, as the hotel and room were pretty good.

Pool is lovely! Breakfast was great. My kids loved the pancake machine.
