The obly clean part of this hotel is thr lobby. Went with our kids who were excited to use the pool. It wss disgusting. Not only was it very cloudy, there was years of scum, buildup and dirt in and around this pool. It was hot tub temperature. Alot thd hot tub was broken and drained. Floors have mildew. Hallway leading to room had ripped carpet which was a tripping hazzard. Room was tiny, and smells like bathroom spray. We left after 4 hours The guy at the desk was nice. Find a different hotel.

Hotel was nice and clean. Unfortunately my husband and I checked in on a Saturday during the wonter which means that there was a hockey tournament taking place that weekend. The parking lot was completely full amd we couldnt find a parning spot. When we spoke to the front desk, they told us to park wherever we could find something (which is what we saw someone else do by parking on the grass near the entrance). We did manage to find a spot somewhere. Check in was easy and we actually got our room upgraded! In the morning we could hear the kids running up and down the hallways which was a bit annoyong when you're trying to sleep at 7am. But overall not a bad hotel

Excellent breakfast as always. Stayed here with my family on a couple of occasions from England and will be booking again soon.

They completely lied about our accommodation we waited for the king room we reserved and were told we would have to take double bed instead, we waited one hour after check in to see if they would fix that , they did not. The hot tub was completely shut down and my kids woke up with rashes from the pool . The hotel room cleaner accidentally woke us up at 7am . Our room fridge was dirty with someone’s food that wasn’t ours. They told us to call Expedia and we’re not willing to do anything to fix our situations.

Paid a lot for a suite with a king bed, but got one room with a queen bed and a dirty, uncomfortable pull out couch. Very noisy with kids running through the halls past midnight. Hot tub didn’t work or have any water, and the pool was dark, very crowded and dirty. No towels either. Staff was friendly though, to be fair.

The rooms were a bit tired but clean. Staff was learning the ropes but were great. Breakfast wasn’t our favourite but they did have a really good variety. Beds were comfortable and the kids enjoyed the pool.
