The hotel was modern and exceptionally clean. Our room had a small kitchen with more amenities than a typical hotel room, which is awesome with kids. The two king size beds that were very comfortable. The staff were friendly and efficient at check in and check out. The location was easily accessible from the highway yet surrounded by the downtown restaurants and shops. We had a view of the bridge/river which offered great daytime and nighttime views! We would definitely stay here again.

The Crown Columbia is ideally located for our purposes, which mainly consisted of visiting family members. It is in downtown Trail, within walking distance to the shops and restaurants. The hotel staff were very friendly, welcoming, and made our stay very pleasant indeed, even with restrictions imposed during the covid epidemic.
