Prestige Mountain Resort Rossland

Booked for a family ski trip, location was super convenient. Free ski bus stopped right in front, restaurant and grocery stores were close by. Room was a bit small but having the kitchenette was nice for the family. Pet friendly which was a plus.

The property and the service is very good but my family felt unsafe staying because one of their customer that is park one car apart on our vehicle left us a note on our windshield on our check out we notice the letter but not on the hotel but in the gas station saying nasty words that we cannot even swallowed i honestly don't know why he needs to be mean i have kids and we have this vacation because my husband is not feeling good we need to relax but with this threating and absurb notes is not good he should approach the hotel if tberes problem on how we park not to be blunt and rude overall that gives a negative feedback on the hotel.itself i have the letter i can send it to you
