The hotel clerk was nice but the hotel is worn and looks dirty, although it could have just been old and worn. TV CD player didn't work and staff came in the replace it. This hotel would be best for road weary travelers to crash for the night, not for a place to really relax. No pool or anything else to do for the kids.

The property was clean and the staff friendly. Our door did not properly lock and a sensor alarm would go off if you didn't hold the handle just right whenever closing the door. The onsite manager showed us the handle trick to keep the alarm from going off, but they should have just sent someone to fix the door. For being a dog-friendly hotel there is no grass space to take the dogs for bathroom use. The room above us was extremely loud. Screaming child and loud footsteps ALL NIGHT.

This was a wonderful stop on our drive up to Alaska with a child, a baby, a dog, and a cat. Their allowing pets is why made us book here but I’m so glad we did. Beds were super comfortable and we had the best sleep here which was so necessary when driving long hours every day. Staff was super friendly and we had no issues at check in. Breakfast is grab and go and they had eggs sausage muffins fruit cereal… basic but good.

Check-in and checkout were flawless. This hotel is well maintained and has an elevator (a luxury for hotels in the north country). The staff was very courteous. The room was spotless and well appointed including a fridge and microwave. The bed was very comfortable and we slept like babies. The hotel offers a better than average continental breakfast which was much appreciated. The price was very reasonable considering the amenities. We'd recommend this hotel to our friends and would definitely stay again if in the area.
