Nice hotel clean and comfortable excellent breakfast buffet. Only thing is surrounding neighborhood has homeless camp across the street which we had a view of from our room. I was worried about our vehicle being broken into. Besides that it was a good location. They have a games room where the kids can play floor hockey with nets and sticks. Also a ping pong table.

I stayed here one night for business and it was excellent. The front desk staff should be commended for their service and flexibility. Air Canada cancelled my flight 12 hours before my flight and the front desk staff was able to refund my first night and also called me back to let me know EXACTLY when they said they would call me back. The room I stayed in was quiet and clean. Perfect for business but I would also bring my family here.

When we booked online I used my debit then I drive 7 hrs to find out I can’t use my debit and have to have a credit card so it was an hr playing a run around game with the staff to be able to use a family member’s card . Then there was no restaurant service all weekend so had to keep leaving the hotel to get food and that was very inconvenient:( . And then breakfast the eggs were soggy and not cooked and they do not supply decaf anything so I would have to leave just to get a coffee in the morning.

The late night desk clerk wouldn’t allow my daughter into the facility at 11 pm. Even though she had a room key and her ID. I had to go and argue with the lady for her to be let it. They lock their doors at midnight and this lady decided to lock them an hour early. Paying customers should be able to have guests or their family come and go as they please. At check in I informed them that my daughter is staying in the room with me. Guess that didn’t matter. The lady was rude and I don’t know if I’d ever stay or refer the place again.
