We have made it a habit to book a family suite with the Bayview for many years now. It could be 10 by now. We do it for birthdays. Our son's are 20 and 25. They still find it enjoyable to stay together and swim and relax in the hot tub. It takes a special kind of family to stick together. In May we tried having separate rooms in Port Hardy but it just wasn't the same.When it comes to us family comes first.

Owen at the front desk is the best hotel receptionist I've ever met. The rooms were spacious. My kids loved the pool, hot tub, and slide. Close to many good options. Great breakfast and hard-working breakfast staff. Great hotel

In a world where it’s rare to get good service, the staff here were amazing! Great spot, nice place, kids loved the pool! Will stay again if we make it back to the area.

A quick overnight stay while skiing at Mt. Washington. We've been coming here for years and it's always clean, 2 queen beds, fridge and microwave. The breakfast downstairs is good and the kids have always enjoyed the pool.

Great staff, smooth check-in & good breakfast. Just bad timing that we were there when the entire hockey team was there too. The pool got too busy, rowdy & dirty. There’s no one to mind the slide, so got a bit dangerous for little ones to be to able get off in time for the next big kid coming right after in great speed.

This was our second stay at this hotel. Very simple stay, clean rooms, great little pool and waterslide for kids. Continental breakfast in the morning had everything we needed. Definitely will continue to stay here.

Staff and Accommodations were great as usual. The unsupervised kids playing hockey and running up and down the hallway and stairway were disruptive. The hockey mom using the end of the hall as her personal telephone booth in the morning hours also disruptive and disrespectful. We will definitely return with our family as we have many times. Perhaps we will make sure no minor hockey teams are booked first.
