My stay started off with a late in the evening check-in, it was myself & my infant daughter. I was offered no help & the guy t the front desk seemed as if I was inconveniencing him by being there. He quickly skimmed over everything & didn't mention amenities such as the pool & gym & the hours they were available. Hotel room was clean, & fresh. Second day of being there, towels & toiletries were replaced but the bed was not remade (Which I found odd?) Check out was simple & the lady helping me was kind.

The Pomeroy is a relatively new facility that offers a great complimentary hot breakfast and clean rooms. I would definitely recommend this place to any family looking for a hotel in Fort McMurray.
