Ramada by Wyndham Drumheller Hotel & Suites

We stayed in Drumheller for one night while visiting the Royal Tyrrell Museum and the Ramada by Wyndham was the perfect hotel for our needs. The kids absolutely loved the pool and waterslide! The hotel breakfast provides a good variety of hot and cold options, and the hotel is situated in an area with good access to other restaurants for sit-down or takeout. The hotel staff was super friendly, the rooms were clean and spacious, and the location couldn't be more convenient. We'd definitely stay here again!

It was a very family and let friendly establishment. Pool was fun and refreshing. Continental breakfast was great. All in all nothing wrong with this hotel. Then again for over $300.00 a night for a basic room it should be

The hotel is decent for the area. The rooms are a bit dated and ours wasn’t the cleanest. We stayed in the one bedroom suite which was a good size. Could really hear the people above us running around a lot which was tricky when trying to get our baby to sleep, but not the hotels fault. Nice little pool with a slide. Overall, good enough to stay at for a night or two, but wouldn’t want to vacation there longer.

This was our first & last stay. Our check in experience should have indicated to to us of what was to come. At check in the agent handed me our room cards after the paperwork was competed. When I asked what was our room number was. He stated its on the folder & turned his back. We proceeded to our room & weekend events with family. Later in the evening we returned to our very warm room. We believed we set the air conditioning waking my times throughout the night to the heat. We advised the front desk agent of our unhappiness of the heat to which she confirmed she would have it looked at to which I noted 'no, repaired or I want another room'. We returned that evening & nothing was corrected. I called the front desk only to be told there is no maintenance staff on the weekend, there were no other rooms & she would come to check'. She came, she attempted to fix without success. She says there are no other rooms but would reduce our rate by $30.00 per night. That night & the next was just as hot as the first. We took our Grandson to the pool & was shocked at the cleanliness of the pool. The deck area & change rooms were good but the pool was filthy. When I went to check out, I waited, rang the bell without response. Very disappointed.

We got a King suite to accomodate our large family and it was clean and quiet. The staff were friendly. The pool was clean and well maintained. Overall a very comfortable stay.

The front desk service was amazing ! Very quiet and very family oriented ! Rooms were very clean and staff are more than willing to help. Will be recommending to friends and family !

Good place to stay overnight. A bit noisy as a lot of families with young children. Soap at the hand basin in our room would be good!

We stayed two nights, our rooms were clean, the hotel pool area was clean as well. The waterside was a big hit with the kids, they gave it 2 thumbs up! The jets in the hot tub lead very little pressure not so good. The breakfast nothing special it was ok. The staff were helpful and pleasant. We paid top dollar for our rooms, one king and one double pullout, the sofa beds in both rooms were absolute torture devices! I had to change rooms on the 2nd night to get 2 beds. The lady on the desk that night was excellent when I requested the change and did it with no problems. Would stay again just for the waterslide.
