Plantation Urban Resort & Spa

My family and I stayed at the Plantation Resort for four nights during our visit to Cambodia in mid-May. In short, the Plantation Resort was fabulous! The pool, which is set in lush tropical gardens, was fantastic. The Resort’s ideal location put us close to nightlife and key attractions. The cleanliness and quality of our room was excellent, providing a very comfortable stay. The food at the Pool restaurant was first-rate, offering a delightful culinary experience. The service and attention from the Resort staff was outstanding and made our stay truly enjoyable. I highly recommended the Resort for anyone visiting Phnom Penh! We will definitely be back to the Plantation Resort on our next holiday to Cambodia.

My stay was excellent I love your staff... the room was very nice with option of door on balcony to open and fan or aircon. The swimming pool was difficult to get into with bad knees no railing. But seriously I would recoment it to all my family and friends. Thank you

this is a business trip, but making me feel to take family to stay here while if i am visit Phnom Penh again.

We loved our stay!!! This resort is a hidden gem in the middle of the city. The pool and cabanas are so relaxing. I don’t think this hotel is for children -it’s for adults to relax and isn’t kid friendly. People still brought screaming children that were falling off chairs and breaking glass. I feel bad that the staff has to deal with that. The staff is all friendly and helpful. The spa treatments were amazing!!!! The food is really good. I like that they have a relaxed pool restaurant and then a more upscale restaurant in the front of the hotel. I would stay here every time I’m in Phnom Penh :-)

This hotel is fantastic. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. The hotel itself is gorgeous and so clean. I saw someone literally on their hands and knees scrubbing the floor every day. The spa is wonderful, the food is wonderful. The pool is incredible. I cannot recommend this hotel enough for a relaxing and comfortable stay. The only thing I would say is if you have small children I would not bring them. This hotel is great for a quiet adult stay.

I loved every minute of my stay at the Plantation Urban Resort & Spa. The hotel's design is my favorite kind - everything but your room potentially out of doors: the reception desk, the lounge, the restaurant, the bar, the pool, are among lovely trees and plants. If you need some time in an air-conditioned space as you eat, drink and lounge, that is always available as well. There is a pond at the entrance full of big colorful fish, which delighted many kids. It's a charming, peaceful and fun place to be, for the solo traveler, couple or family. Yes, the hotel has all the amenities you want. The food is excellent with both Asian and European specialities. The complimentary breakfast will please anyone. My room was very clean, modern, cool as I wanted, and had a great shower. The pool is large and in a beautiful setting. Spa aficionados will be very pleased with the range and quality of treatments. More than anything it's the staff that makes a hotel great and everyone at the Plantation - custodians, servers, bartenders, reception, was kind, friendly, caring and resourceful. My sober day visiting the Killing Fields and genocide museum was still satisfying because of the advice I received from the staff about how to approach this experience. The hotel is walking distance from many of the most important sites in Phnom Penh. The staff will arrange transportation to any more distant place you want to go. I can't say enough great things about this hotel. No doubt I will return.
