I’ll start with the good. The bed in room 907 was excellent. It was almost as nice as the courtyard by Marriott Phnom Penh’s bed. The shower had great hot water. The hottest water that I found in Cambodia so far. The WiFi worked great. Now the bad. I found 1 inch long cockroach and some baby cockroaches in the bathroom. That was the second time I found cockroaches in a month and a half staying at hotels. The second problem was that the shower head was not connecting well to the wall. The sink head was very loose. The drain for the shower water was placed in the corner and the water was pooling up and coming out into the sink area and toilet area. The ad stated that the hotel had a Jacuzzi tub and spa. They were in operable and empty. The gym equipment was not hooked up. And the carpets in the main walkways need to be replaced. The room was next to another guest room and I could make out their TV and talking late into the night. I found another hotel closer to the riverside and it provides a nice free breakfast for their guests for $28 per night. Much happier now.
