Coco Beach Resort

I recently stayed at Coco Beach Resort and was thoroughly impressed! The location and hotel grounds are stunning. A short golf cruise from downtown and 25 mins from Secret Beach. What was truly a take away was the outstanding customer service and amazing staff. I rarely shout out individuals - but this experience was above and beyond for amazing customer service. Kenny, Wayne, Tony, and Marvin at the pool bar and restaurant pulled out all the stops ensure me and my family had a fantastic experience. Their friendly, helpful, and attentive service made every moment enjoyable. Remembering our names, what our preferences were - all around truly exceptional! Rochellee was incredibly helpful in booking our scuba diving and golf cart. Her knowledge and attention to detail made planning our activities a breeze, and we appreciated her thoughtful help and customer service. The entire restaurant staff was equally attentive and thoughtful, ensuring our dining experiences were delightful. I can't praise the team enough for their exceptional service. Thank you, Coco Beach Resort, for making our stay truly memorable!

It was perfect! Everyone was so kind helpful and attentive. The grounds are beautiful and clean. The service at the restaurants, the bar and room service was great! And the pool is just amazing and perfect for families!

Really great property! I don’t think the photos showcase how beautiful this property is. There was some construction when we arrived but nothing to keep us up. There’s construction occurring next door to the property and for the most part we weren’t around to hear anything. Presuming we were around I’d think it would be noisy. The staff was really kind, the food was pretty good. The staff handled all of the coordination, transfers, reservations, you name it. There was a moment where the power went out for about 50 minutes or so. That was a little alarming for me and my family. The following day it seemed as though there was going to be another power outage and we revived notification from the staff that time around. As much as we enjoyed our space there was a smell that didn’t particularly leave our room. In fact we called concierge to try and combat it. They did come and try to rectify it but it didn’t work. The other issue was that the hot water wasn’t running efficiently. We were often left with taking cold showers or utilizing one of two bathrooms when the water was hot. All in all this was a good experience! We look forward to making it back!

From the time I booked this trip, until I checked out, staff were attentive and very pleasant. The shuttle to and from the airport, effortless and quick. The bar staff were very friendly and personable. The food was fresh and seasoned very well! Renting a golf cart was very convenient. The Resort is in the perfect spot, not too close to town, not too far. Very relaxing and serene view of the ocean. Fine dining staff were exceptionally great and friendly! The spa staff were awesome! I recommend getting some much needed pampering on your visit. I will definitely be coming back with my family😀

Beautiful resort with friendly and helpful staff. The pools were perfect for the kids. Sea view villa was wonderful. Concierges were extremely helpful with retrieving luggage that had not arrived at the airport in time and booking an excursion. Rochelle and Janelle i believe. Edwardo and Catherine were always around the pool bar/restaurant with a smile. Even Caesar with the activities booth would great by name.and advise when the wind/water was best for paddleboards.

The resort was great. Staff were friendly and very accommodating. The grounds were super clean and food was affordable. I also appreciated the pool amenities and access to beach chairs. Would highly recommend for both couples and families.

This is a beautiful property. We travelled as a family with 3 children. We stayed in a 2 bedroom sea-view room which was very spacious with a full kitchen. The pools are awesome and friendly staff. Try out Cocoblanca, the restaurant - we enjoyed the ambiance and food. The spa was nice too. No complaints!

Excellent hotel with a great friendly staff. Pool bar drinks and food were excellent. Rented golf cart from hotel for convenience. Would definitely stay here again with the family!

The staff was amazing!! My family surprised me with a decorated villa and birthday cake provided by the resort. The property grounds were clean and well maintained. Highlight for my two year old daughter was waking up and feeding the iguanas. Would love to go back again soon
