B&B Hotel Gent Centrum

IKEA grade furnishings, decent breakfast with horrendous coffee, and some staff were pleasant. On the upside, it was clean and the location is great. Beast for 20-somethings and families with kids

B&B Hotel Ghent was perfect for our short stay in Ghent. It was very central and convenient to visit the centre, the building churches, the canals and close to food & drink. The staff were helpful and the facilities were good. The bathroom was basic with a shower only but clean and the bedroom too, with a double bed and two singles to sleep our family.

Traveled to Ghent with my family of 6 for 3 nights and booked 3 double rooms. While small, they were perfect for our needs and price was just in line. Beds were comfortable, but the pillows were lacking in size and quantity. Hotel seems fairly new and was in decent condition. Two larger sized working elevators that were fairly quick. Keyless entry to the rooms with a code. Had a great view of the city from floor 4. Front desk staff was always very friendly and super helpful with any questions about the area, transportation, etc. we had a small issue with one of the bathrooms not being cleaned upon arrival and someone was sent within minutes to fix it. Great location close to city center, historical sites, hundreds of restaurants and shopping. And only about 10 minutes by tram from the Gent St. Pieters train station. Would definitely return to this hotel.
