Our stay was nothing short of amazing! From the time we arrived to the time we checked out, the staff was always there to make sure our stay was perfect. The hotel was very charming and the food delicious. We will be telling all our friends and family about this beautiful gem. Will be coming back again.

Incredible stay, and a beautiful property. The Staff take the cake tho, they go above and beyond to make you comfortable and to make your stay memorable…everyone that works there is terrific!!! The location is perfect for walking to restaurants and sites to see, easy to find also. The breakfast is great and is served in a beautiful setting…having a drink in the study room is so peaceful and classy. My family and I can’t wait to visit Bruges again and stay at the Hotel Orangerie it’s a 5 star in books!

The reviews were not wrong. This is a lovely, characterful hotel in the heart of Bruges. Clean, spacious well appointed rooms. My whole family loved it. The breakfast was amazing and to eat it outside by the canal was a highlight. Nicole was absolutely lovely and my 5 year old daughter still remembers her kindness which made the trip memorable for her. We would definitely return to stay here again as this hotel made our trip even more memorable.

The breakfast area and the bar were excellently decorated, as was the lobby. We stayed in a junior suite. It was on two levels with a bathroom on each level. The stairs were a little difficult. And the carpets had a few stains. But the bed was super comfortable and it was definitely an interesting place to stay.
