The hotel is ideally situated for arrival by train, as I did. It is clean and modern. Check in was a bit slow, but to be fair, the cause was other guests in front of us asking dozens of inane questions! One issue I had was a dangerous kettle (would stop boiling) which although reported, nothing was done about it. Not ideal if you've kids in the room, quite dangerous in fact (room 633). Shame, as it was otherwise a decent hotel.
