Great service. Gym was well equipped and sauna was opened til late. Bed linen and mattresses were firm and comfortable. Cafeteria prices were too expensive, and selection of food for dinner was minimal. There was no kids menu for dinner.

Welcome reception was amazing. The front desk person Andrew was super pleasant, professional and helpful. The upgrade that we didn’t expect but received was an amazing experience and was greatly appreciated. Andrew went out of his way to provide us with all the details of amenities available in and around the area as it was our first time traveling to Brussels. Thank you having such great customer service Thorn. Will definitely recommend this hotel to all our family and friends. Until next time from all the way Sydney, Australia.

Great location. Few steps from metro station Maelbeek. Very clean. Nice staff. We spent 2 nigths with our 2 kids (7 & 10 years ols).

This was the worst hotel stay I ever had. I couldn't make a complaint at the hotel because this was start of my 6 day trip and I didn't want to spoil the whole trip by arguing with the hotel staff on my first day. Can you even imagine there were insects crawling on the floor in the room? I stayed there with my kids and the kids were scared to sleep in the night. Not only that, my daughter had red rashes all over her body when she woke up in the morning. Can't say this was due to the insects or the poorly maintained bedsheets. The hotel room wasn't kept well for the guest to check in. The electric kettle and the coffee maker were so dirty that one cannot even think of making some beverages. I expected this to be a well maintained hotel as it advertises to be a 4 star hotel but I wouldn't even give 1 star for reviewing the hotel.
