It’s family friendly and easy for adults only as well. The property is well maintained and gives a variety of options.

I absolutely LOVED the Crane Resort! The resort was it’s own little community. There were restaurants, 5 different pools, a beach on the property, and a convenience store on the premises. You really didn’t have to leave the resort if you didn’t want to. The staff were so so helpful and accommodating. The room looked like a mini apartment. I’ve already recommended this resort to my family and friends. When I come back to Barbados, I’m definitely staying at the Crane Resort.

The room 5143 that we stayed in was absolutely amazing. It was the best room that we have stayed in and we travel alot. The size ,the upstairs private pool , just everything about the room was perfect. The problem was the service and the staff. The staff was not very friendly at all and definitely not welcoming. We felt when we talked to the staff we were bothering them. Staff walked by us several times and didn't even speak. We had to call several times to just get an extra blanket and the icing on the cake was when the room was cleaned , they left no wash cloths and no toilet paper. I called to get toilet paper and was told they would have to see if someone was available, which I felt was ridiculous. We couldn't even enjoy the adults only pool, because there were kids running around and splashing water everywhere and when we told the staff nothing was done. If it wasn't for the fact that the room was so amazing it would have been a terrible experience. I do not plan on ever staying at the Crane Resort again. Thumbs down.

Fantastic. Everyone was so nice. We loved the people. We ate at a local restaurant near the hotel and a local actually drove us back at no cost after our meal as it was raining. Supernice people! We took a heli tour that was great and a sailing tour that the kids loved. Shopping in Bridetown was about 15 min away but worth it. Food was expensive at the hotel but every meal was excellent. We were given first class service from everyone. The hotel staff went out of their way to help us with activities for our kids (ages 2 and 7). Everybody was friendly and so kind to us we did not want to leave. Best service from a hotel staff I have ever experienced. One important fact: We had an oceanview room with a plunge pool. The pool is NOT heated and unless you can tolerate cold water, it is not useable. However, the larger oceanview rooms on the first floor have a private pool that get plenty of sun and are much warmer. If we had known this we would have upgraded. The beach was very nice. Sand was very soft with no rough rocks or shells. The waves were big so watch your kids! Our children wanted to go to the beach every day. They had so many pools that were beautiful. We spent one day just swimming in each of the pools. The views of the ocean and sunset from each pool was fantastic. We would come back in a second!!

The setting of the resort is breathtaking - overlooking the ocean with a spectacular view from our spacious ocean view suite! It was very quiet in the off-season. The food on the resort was good, but underwhelming, especially for the price point. Our adjoining suites with balconies/plunge pool were very comfortable and the ocean beeeze allowed us to keep the windows open at all all times! Large waves and string current were fun - but not ideal for swimming on this side of the island (not for young children). Rum punch was fantastic!
