The service is amazing and the staff welcoming, food during breakfast was amazing. The club access was nise where they serve hot drinks and small portion sweet and food. The think i would recommend to upgrade the furniture old and the pillow was so soft and old so I could not sleep well. Also the shower and the room was tented which us nice for families but foe couple it is adventure which was not met. But if i love the place

First stay at this hotel. Very conveniently located and as it is close to most of the Malls and adjacent to the City Center which makes it very easy if you are staying for an overnight with the cinemas, shopping, and plenty of activities for the kids all inside the Mall. We requested for a late check-out which was granted for more than what we requested for. The room was comfortable, free wi-fi, very professional staff. There was however a pungent smell on the entire 5th floor which was understandable if the hotel was band spanking new however this property is atleast 2 years old. All in all, a great stay with the family and this is out preferred hotel from now on every time we are in Manama in future.

The first room we were assigned smelled like smoke so we asked to be moved. This was done quickly and the second room smelled much better. We brought our toddler son with us and he loved the hotel. It had a great baby pool with bath type toys in it. The best part of the room was the bathroom. You could watch tv from the tub or turn on the privacy glass and have some time to yourself. It is very conveniently located on the city center mall which allows for lots of food options. We really enjoyed our time at the Kempinski.
