Convenient location, nice breakfast, recommendable especially for family. Right in front of main station, quiet area, easy access to the main center.

We arrived at midnight to the room. Air conditioning was not working, with family with tired kids, temperature inside the room was like 30C and no matter how much AC was blowing air it was not going down.

The room was for 2 adults and 1 child with queen bed and single pullout. The queen bed mattress was comfortable however single mattress was in very poor condition.

Room on 8 th floor - family ( for 4 people. Staff very nice, helpful and hard working. I do mot speak German but almost everyone speaks very good English so no problems with communication. very good location of the hotel, very easy access to centre and Vienna attractions.

The hotel is in front of the train station, very good location, making it easy to come and leave the city by train, close to take subway or tram. The hotel is very nice, good room, good breakfast, gentle receptionists. The hotel had a lot of families, many kids, the breakfast area was out the table quickly but the novotel team was always including table to accomodate the people on breakfast (around 9h30-10), but if you come earlier the breakfast area had a lot of free table. I believe this was due to the new year vacation. If I have the chance, I will stay in Novotel Wien again :)

Literally next to the Central station, checked in in 3 minutes, room was clean, we needed something extra for the kid, they responded right away, polite and friendly
